Rock bodies

NXNW Music Festival this Sunday at 1:30.

In an effort to make ourselves look more rock 'n' rollish, the boys of MWD have created a workout and diet routine that will be featured in our new book, GUITAR GUT: SECRETS TO AVOIDING AND BEATING BACK THE GUT CAUSED BY AWESOMENESS. Weight loss tips include eating fewer souls of the damned (don't cut them out completely, it lowers your metabolism) and avoiding the little debbie products. For weight gain, darker beers and at least 7 of them a day. Also, stop the heroine. For workouts, we like adding weights, obstacles and incentives of pain. Jake loves his 70lb practice bass. Chuck was nervous about his "electric" guitar but the electricutions really take the pounds off. Ricardo runs a gauntlet ala old schools Gladiators and sings Celine Dion until he finishes. Sadly, we haven't found a good workout for drummers. The Ginsu knife experiment left us short 5 drum heads and 2 fingers (sorry Chris) but there's promise. Until the 8th,
